Reiki
Reiki supports well‑being by restoring balance in the body and mind. It works by assisting your own unique energetic flow, helping calm the nervous system, ease tension and create a sense of inner peace. This gentle approach allows your body’s natural healing processes to work more effectively. Emotions and traumatic events can impact us greatly, making us feel stuck. Reiki can assist with this process by helping identify any blockages and release any stuck emotions. After a single session, you’ll start to see changes to your body, mind and energy levels. Sessions include crystals, sound bowls, chakra balancing and guided meditations to help you completely relax. 60/90 minute sessions available.
Past Life Regression
QHHT is a unique form of hypnosis that offers insight into past lives, deep-seated issues and can provide healing on physical, mental and emotional levels. Uncover memories from the past and gain clarity into your soul’s purpose. Unlock your next level of deep healing by taking a journey within your subconscious. It is a guided journey where you can recall (by seeing/hearing/feeling) your own past lives while still being aware of your physical body. Through this unique experience, you can receive insight around health, career or relationship issues, emotional healing, give context to fears and even clarity on your life purpose. You will gently receive messages that can illuminate your journey and gain insights and healing as you uncover stories of your soul. Akashic Journey
Guided Akashic journey into the Akashic field that can be accessed to understand one's soul purpose, clear karmic and ancestral patterns and receive guidance for personal growth. This is a journey that I help guide you through and you can see, hear, feel. This is NOT a reading. 90 minutes.
